Gilbert Nathan

Mr. Nathan is the Managing Member of Jackson Square Advisors LLC, a financial advisory and services firm. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Ready Capital Corporation and Alto Ingredients, Inc. Mr. Nathan is the plan administrator of Mission Coal and Mahwah Bergen Retail Group, Inc and is the Chief Executive Officer of Keycon Power Holdings, LLC and Cloud Peak Energy, Inc. Mr. Nathan was formerly a Senior Analyst with Candlewood Investment Group and served as Principal at Restoration Capital Management. Mr. Nathan has a BS degree in Management, Major in Finance from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Our Board has concluded that Mr. Nathan should serve on our Board based upon his extensive experience in finance.
